Changes to the Installment Plan: Final Payment Reduced to 20%

We would like to inform you about an update to the installment plan for purchasing apartments in the Rogantini Swiss Village complex.

From now on, the final payment upon project completion is reduced from 40% to 20% of the apartment price.

🔹 What remains unchanged:
Initial down payment: still 10%
Installment period: up to 24 months
Total apartment price: remains the same

🔸 What has changed:
Final payment has been reduced from 40% to 20%
Monthly payments will increase, as a larger portion of the price will now be covered through monthly installments during the construction period
These changes are due to the rapid progress of construction — we are currently pouring the 8th floor out of 12. The project is entering its final stage, and we are adjusting the payment structure accordingly.

If you already have an active installment agreement, your conditions will remain unchanged.

Изменения в графике рассрочки: Финальный платёж снижен до 20%

Уважаемые клиенты, информируем вас об изменении условий рассрочки на покупку апартаментов в комплексе Rogantini Swiss Village.

С этого момента финальный платёж по завершению строительства снижен с 40% до 20% от стоимости апартамента.

Первоначальный взнос: по-прежнему 10%
Срок рассрочки: до 24 месяцев
Общая стоимость апартаментов остаётся прежней

Ежемесячные платежи увеличатся, так как теперь большая часть стоимости распределяется на ежемесячный платеж по рассрочке
Эти изменения связаны с активным прогрессом строительства: мы уже заливаем 8-й этаж из 12. Проект выходит на финишную прямую, и мы адаптируем условия оплаты под текущий этап.

Если у вас уже действует рассрочка, ваши условия не изменяться.
